This cast iron cleaner by Hudson Essentials is AMAZING!! I cook almost exclusively with cast iron, and I have a hectic life, so I don't always get my skillets cleaned right after use. Well, even though it is seasoned, things stick. You get crunchies in the bottom of the skillets from frying meats and such. So, I usually end up either putting water in it and boiling it on the stove to remove the stuck on crud, or I use a scratcher pad to loosen it. Then, I have to replace the scratcher pads every couple of weeks, and that is a pain. With this cleaner, it is made from stainless steel, which means no rust. It will literally last you forever! It gets the stuck on crud off of my skillets in record time, and is super easy to clean up after! I usually just put a drop of dish soap on it and rub it under water to clean, and viola! It has a handy ring on it, so you can hang it up in between uses to avoid having it laying around on the sink or counter. This thing is the bomb diggity!
