The Bake it Fun Baking mat is great! It is simple to use, and even easier to clean. When you first get it, you do need to wash it with hot soapy water and rinse well. Then you just put a light coating of oil on it and use it.  After use, just wipe it with a hot soapy rag and dry. There is no need to oil it for every use. The baking mat is heat resistant up to 450 degrees, and cold tolerable to -40 degrees. It can be taken from the freezer and put straight into the oven or microwave. With this mat, your estimated usage is 2,000 times. This will save you 63 cans of cooking spray, and 3,879 sheets of parchment paper! I received this product in exchange for an honest review.
