The Spiral slicer is a great concept. It allows you to make these really neat looking spiral noodles out of pretty much anything. You can make zucchini noodles, carrot noodles, squash noodles, etc. I used it to make spiral potatoes for my boys for an after school snack. The vegetables glide around the slicer, making it easy and quick. It has a topper that you put onto your veggie, which keeps you from making spiral noodles out of your fingers. Nobody wants that.
